How do I sign onto my account? I have put in my name, then barcode as pin. I’ve tried several different ways, but to no avail. There is nothing I can see on the website to explain how to create an account. I think that would be helpful.

There isn’t much tech support I do agree with you:) The borrower ID is actually your barcode number and your pin number is a 4 digit number on your account if you don’t remember choosing one, it was defaulted to the last 4 digits of your phone number on record. You can always call us and ask if it doesn’t work (559) 685-2341. Hope this helps:)

By Ellen Schreiber? If you have a library card you can request a book from that series. Give us a call at 685-4500 11-7 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday or 11-4 Friday and Saturdays.

I have an account and i don’t remember the pin number at all. I already tried all the phone numbers that would be used. I can’t make another because i owe money. What can I do to get my pin number back?

Sorry for the delay, we are closed on Mondays. You can call us today from 11:00-7:00 at 685-4500 and we will be able to give you your PIN number or you can choose to change it to any four digit number you like.
