What: Learning Express Library is a database with a wide variety of “learning centers” that teach things like GED prep, college test prep, citizenship tests, occupational tests, software tutorials and so much more!
When: 24 hours! TPL doesn’t have to be open for you to have access online!
Where: TPL subscribes so that you can use Learning Express at the library or in the comfort of your own home if you have a library card. Once you follow the link from the library’s homepage simply create a username and password and all of the work you do will be saved.
Why: If you are looking to further your education in a variety of fields this is the place to start! Not only can you get help with creating a resume, or practicing for a test required for as job, but you can also help your children improve their education! Learning Express offers “learning centers” for our younger users as well! There are sections for those in 4th grade and up, these include math, reading and writing skill improvement for elementary and middle school as well as AP and SAT testing for high school students.
How: Go to tularepubliclibrary.org and select Research and Databases, then select Learning Express Library. Simply create an account and then all of the learning centers are yours to explore!
